24 Hr hold

As part of my commitment to provide efficient and fair scheduling for clients, I want to notify you that I am implementing a 24-hour hold policy for appointment slots.

This means that once you’ve been offered a date/time, I will hold it for you for a period of 24 hours. During this time, you have the opportunity to accept and confirm the appointment. If I do not receive confirmation within the designated timeframe, the slot will become available to other clients.

Texting Hours

Monday – Saturday / 8am – 6pm

Sundays only on Group Class days to let me know you are not coming, running late, unsure of where we are, etc. Otherwise I will not respond to other texts until Monday.

Please pay attention for vacation or travel notices which may shift this availability.

Note that if I am with a client at the time of your text I will respond when I can.

After Hours Requests

Requests for earlier or later training start times will be charged an additional flat fee of $50 on top of training fee. There are no guarantees that the request will be supported. There may be instance where you are offered earlier or later start times due to weather conditions.

Private Training Start Times:

3pm Mon / Wed / Fri

10am Saturdays

Puppy Camp Start Times: Tuesday or Thursday from 9am -3pm. 15 minute grace period on drop off or pick up.

Cancellation Policy

If Client is not present at the time of scheduled appointment, fails to give 24-hour notice, and/or does not confirm the appointment the credit card on file will be charged 50% of appointment fee. Frequent cancellations and/or rescheduling will result in termination of future scheduling. Trainer has right to cancel appointment if Client has failed to complete Dog Behavioral Form or Liability Waiver five days prior to the appointment.

Phone Consultations

Phone consultations provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and explore which training program can benefit you—all from the comfort of your own space.

During this call we will not cover training advice and techniques nor solve behavioral issues. Striving to work with the dog in front of us means our training approaches or how we get to any training goal may differ from dog to dog.

All phone consultations must be scheduled during business hours.

Fee: $25 for 20 minutes
